Hello there!
Since I am travelling to my home country for 2 months (Sep 1st to Oct 31st), I am looking for someone to sub-let the room. If you liked the photos and would like to either visit the room or have an online viewing, please get in touch!
About the apartment:
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a renovated old building and is optimal as a WG. Our Kitchen is fully equipped inc. a dishwasher and a washing machine. I especially love that my room is very bright and sunny :)
About the room:
The space is about 20 sqm and you can rent full-furnished. You get a TV, a soundbar, a closet, bed, a small teapot, a bedside table, two small shelves, a study desk, 2 wooden chairs and a gaming chair and a tv table, a desk, a bed with mattress, multiple pillows, and sheets (120cm x 200cm) and three bins. The all-inclusive rent is 550€/month (it's a steal).
About you:
I am looking to give the room to someone who takes care of my furniture. We have a janitor who is available if something needs to be managed.
Since the house is managed by a property management firm, you will have to meet with them before the keys are handed over.
The tram 15 and bus 51 is right outside the house as soon as you step out. It takes about 10 mins to walk to the Niederad S-Bahn station and quicker if you take tram 12 (which is 5 mins by walk).
Roommates are friendly and are quite open to conversation in the kitchen etc.
