The three of us share a four bedroom shared flat and have one room available (which is actuall split into two connected small rooms, a bedroom and a home office space) for rent (furnished). The flat is directly located at the river Main in Sachsenhausen, only a few minutes walking distance to the ECB.
The flat contains of the four bedrooms, a huge living room area, a small kitchen with all necessary equipment and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and a dryer.
The furnished room is split into two separate areas, an area that you can use as office space to work or as living room space of your own, and the bedroom itself with the large cupboard and two dressers. Altogether, this covers 24sqm for you alone.
The share living room is around 45sqm large. In total the flat has a size of 160sqm. Located directly at the river Main, it is a few minutes walking distance to the ECB or the nearest underground station. Bus station across the street, grocery stores 2-5 minutes away (REWE, Lidl, Aldi). The city center is a 12 minute walk away, so the flat is very central. Parking is thus difficult if you own a car, but public transportation is excellent.
The rent plus the utilities really covers everything you will need: energy, heating, water, cleaning, internet, TV and landline phone.
So, who are we? Nela is from Czech Republic and works for a bank in the city. Hugo is from France and just moved to Germany from Ireland.
We like to cook together, share a bottle of wine or whiskey and sometimes go out for drinks. However, we are not partying all the time due to the challenging nature of our respective jobs. We nevertheless enjoy good company.
