I’m searching for a female flatmate from 01.10.2023 for 5-6 months or longer can also be negotiated.
The room is around 17m2, bring and cozy, fully furnished (pictures in the ad).
The flat is located in Gutleutstrasse, 1st floor, very convenient to reach to the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof and also local tram. Quite street, very near to the Finanzamt.
5 mins walk then you can reach to the Mainz river directly.
Near by there are lots of nice restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries.
I’m Thuy, 33 years old, from Vietnam. I have been living and working in Frankfurt for roughly 5 years. I love to cook, especially asian food (vietnamese, korean, thai, etc…), I love learning new cooking techniques and trying out different cuisine
In my free time I like to go for a walk,read books, doing fitness and traveling.
I’m searching for a female flatmate, ideally also workng, who are nice and friendly, non-smoking
Since it’s a quite area so ideally no party at the flat would be expected. You can still feel free to invite 1-2 friends over that would be no issue
The flat is 12 mins by walk to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, 5 mins to the Mainz river
