Our lovely housemate is leaving Germany and we would like to find a new tenant for her 15m2 (with private WC) room, in a 3-people shared apartment.
The entire apartment is around 98m2 in area with generous shared living, dining spaces along with a second bathroom and storage space. The shared kitchen is fully furnished and is equipped with fridge, dishwasher and a big dining table seating 10 people. We also share a big garden.
The offered room is bright and cozy with a big south-facing window. It also has its own washroom. The rent of the room is 370 in total.
The shared flat is a spacious 4-Zi apartment, located at Breitenweg 11 in the heart of nature in Gundelfingen, within 2mins walk from the Gundelfingen train station (7 minutes to Freiburg city center by train) and around 18mins by bike from the Freiburg city center. We enjoy a nice neighborhood and beautiful views from the house.
We are a WG of three people. I am a research scientist at Max Planck Institute and my Belgian housemate is a language teacher, she teaches English, French and German. We are looking for an easy-going and clean housemate. We are both non-smokers.
We work hard, but in evenings we enjoy chatting and talking (and joking) about our day. We sometimes invite friends over for dinner and it is always nice. We would like to do that same in the new WG and would like to maintain the relaxing and uncomplicated atmosphere.
If you are interested, feel free to write to us and tell us more about yourself (what do you do, what are you looking for in a WG). We will schedule a visit (probably after mid March), it will mainly be in the weekends and maybe some weekday evenings.
My current housemate will leave behind some of her furniture in the room, you can talk to her during the visit.
English replies will be appreciated. It may take us some time to give you a reply, thanks for your patience.
