I am leaving my wonderfully comfortable room in a fully equipped 2-room WG for 33 days. The room will be available starting from July 26 for Zwischenmiete.. My flatmate's room is not available, and it's only in rare cases that he ever comes by to pick up his post. That means that you will be probably alone in the flat most of the time. You will be able to live in my room with a balcony and utilise the kitchen and the bathroom all on your own.
It is thus a 2-room flat on the 2 floor, places for parking and bikes in good availability, beautiful and extremely comfortable location: a huge department store right across the road, 1 minute walk to the Straßenbahn stop (5 stations till the Stadtmitte). In the kitchen: washing machine, oven, stove, all possible technique needed for comfy life. Balcony with a table, four chairs, an access to a garden from the ground floor. REWE, ALDI supermarkets right across the road. 1 min walk till the tram station, 5-6 min by bike till the city center. 2 min away from Dreisam. VERY quiet and nice neighborhood. Sport center&swimming pool in 5 min walk.
IN THE ROOM: a double bed, a tea table, shelves, a closet, lots of plants, 3 big mirrors, a chair, an armchair, a couple of small drawers, lamps. My whole furniture is in good condition and stays inside and costs 200 euro.
6 min by bike till the center. the way to the center is a bit quicker as it goes downhill. 1 min walk till the tram station (5 stops with the tram till Bertholdsbrunnen, Altstadt).
My flatmate the owner of the flat stays here but almost never comes home. He might (not very probable) however let one of his friends use the room.
a very neat girl, able to take care of the plants and the flat in general. I leave my staff inside for August and can provide an ikea closet with hangers for yours as well.2 IKEA drawers are also empty for you to use. In September i will move out completely (the basement tand the room will be free of my personal items. WiFi is included in the price but does not always function well in the room (functions perfectly in the rest of the flat). A big deposit is required for the reasons to be discussed personally.
