**Preferrably looking for student**
A room in a 6 person flatshare is available for long term rental. It is a 12 sqm room.
About me:
I am an international student currently living in this room but I am moving out from April 1. So the room would be available from April 2(Dates can be adjustable). Since it is a long term contract, I am looking for a replacement for my room. You will be provided with a contract by the owner with which you can do the city registration and the contract period is till 30 June 2025.
Rental information:
The rent would be 475 euros per month. This includes the water, electricity, heating and müll fees. The internet is not included in the rent but the flatmates have a separate internet contract and it costs about 9 euros per month. There is also a deposit of 1000 euros which would be returned when leaving the WG.
Located at Gescheid str, 2, the Paduaallee tram stop (Line 1 direction Landwasser from Hbf) is 5 mins away by foot and bus connections to various places in and around Freiburg (to Haid, Breisach, Gundelfingen, Bissierstraße) are available. It is a quiet neighbourhood just 10 mins away from the Freiburg Hauptbahnhof by tram and 5 mins away from the Seepark. Frelo station is present near the tram stop.
There is a Norma and Nahkauf supermaket nearby and Penny and Edeka next to Am bischofskreuz (2 mins by tram).
There are a total of 6 people in the WG including “you”. Which means there are a total of 6 rooms. There is a separate living room, kitchen and two bathrooms and a balcony available that are shared by all the roommates. The other room mates are all German students but are fine with English too. There is a washing machine present but no dryer but a separate room for drying your clothes. A car parking is available in front of the house and bicycles can be parked in the basement.
The room is unfurnished but you can have my bed and matress for free and if needed also my new IKEA regal(for a cheap price). The kitchen contains all the utensils required and you are welcomed to bring yours too.
