Hello!
Since I'm moving out of this apartment to another city for internship, I would like to find a tenant for this unfurnished room (however, I would like to sell some of my furniture), who whould like to stay for a long duration (atleast 1 year or longer). This is a 2 shared apartment in an old building. 3 person lives in this apartment. One person who lives in the top floor has his own kitchen and bathroom. You have to share your bathroom and kitchen with an other roommate. There is no sink in the bathroom, rather one is installed in your room itself. The laundry/ store room has to be shared by all 3 person.
Room rent: 350 € (heating + electricity + water)
Deposit : 700 € (2 x rent)
Additional cost:
1. ARD radio fee around 18€/3 monthly.
2. Garbage fee (last December I paid around 5 €)
3. Internet fee depends on the contract. Currently it is around 30€/3 per month, I have an O2 internet contract, however I'll cancel it. So you or one of your room mates have to make a new one, or may be I could transfer the current contract to you.
The apartment is located in Littenweilerstr. The S-bahn station and the tram station could be reached in around 6 and 10 mins walk, respectively. Moreover, there is a Frelo station nearby the S-bahn station. The city center could be reached by 15 mins by tram line 1 or by 8 mins via S-bahn. The Pädagogische Hochschule could also be reached by a few mins of walk. There is an Edaka nearby the tram stop.
