A fully furnished room in the beautiful square becomes available on 05.04.24. Room includes bed, table, chair, wardrobe, carpet, drawer, cabinet, big mirror. Rent includes everything. The apartment is spread over the 3rd and 4th floor with your room locating on the 3rd floor, where your share the floor with Luara who's studying nursing. Clemens lives upstairs and makes the best pizza. The two floors form apartment, and there is also access to the roof where one can enjoy summer evenings. The highlight of the bathroom is a jacuzzi where one can relax after a busy day. Kitchen is very spacious and has access to the balcony.
Edeka, Aldi, DM and pharmacies are just behind the corner or max 5 min walking away. A little bit further is Rewe that is open until midnight, so you can always get your midnight snack should you desire one.
Tram number 2 is 2 min walking distance, so everything is just around the corner and within reach.
House is located next to two beautiful mountains where one can goo hiking or jogging. There's even a calisthenics playground there.
Your 3rd flatmate would be a puppy (ok, she's actually fully grown, but to me she's always a puppy). She has tricks that will melt your heart and you will spend all your evenings playing with her. Bring snacks ;)
