Wohnen auf dem Land 20km von Gö-Mitte gegen gelegentliche Mithilfe

Ich suche nun wieder einen Mitbewohner/in nach dem Prinzip Geben und Nehmen, also keine reine Zweck WG.

Mein Haus ist ein schönes, altes Fachwerkhaus im Landkreis Göttingen, ca. 20 km südlich von Göttingen Stadt entfernt. Ich lebe mit einigen Tieren: 2 älteren reitbaren Kleinpferden, Hunden und Katzen. Ich suche jemanden, der dieses Zusammenleben mag oder dem es möglicherweise auch schon vertraut ist. Besonders wichtig ist mir der Umgang mit den Tieren und der Natur. Gerade Naturliebhaber werden sich hier wohlfühlen.
Ich biete ein schönes 20 qm großes Zimmer mit separatem Bad.
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit ein verträgliches Kleinpferd in meinen großen Offenstall mitzubringen. Ebenso wäre ein sozialer Hund denkbar, da meine Hunde sehr lieb sind. Allerdings keine Katze!

Meine Bedingung für diese günstige Miete:

Da ich beruflich monatlich min. 4 Tage außer Haus bin, brauche ich jemanden der in meiner Abwesenheit meine Pflichten übernehmen kann. Dies bedeutet an diesen Vertretungstagen max.. 1 1/2 Std. Arbeit täglich, das natürlich ausschließlich wenn ich nicht da bin. Dafür biete ich ein schönes Idyll in einem geräumigen Haus, sowie ein ca. 20 qm großes sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem separaten Bad und gemeinsamer Küchennutzung und natürlich Wlanzugang.

Ein Fahrrad oder auch ein Auto wären bezüglich der Lage wichtig, je nachdem wie weit die Entfernung ist. Ansonsten gibt es auch eine MitfahrApp sowie tägliche Busse, die in andere Ortschaften und nach Göttingen verkehren. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Ärtze, Apotheke und Banken liegen im nächsten Dorf - ca. 3 km Entfernung. Sehr gut erreichbar zu Fuß, Fahrrad oder dem Auto.

I am currently looking for a new flat mate. I am renting a room in my house. The house has a total superficie of 160 qm. The room is about 20 qm and located in the first floor of the building with a garden and road view. It has a seperate quite spacious lumious bathroom also on the same floor. The house is located in a nice and calm country area - a small village, 20 km away from Göttingen. Car or bicycle would be helpful here. Still, there is bus station with daily puplic transport oportunities to the closeby villages as well as Göttingen and also a whats app group for carpooling. In the village nearby ( 3 KM ) you can find a supermaket, doctor and bank.

I am a big nature and animal lover - I have 2 rideable horses, 3 dogs and 2 cats and a small vegetable patch. So the person renting the room should have some sort of connection and understanding for animals and nature. The area is very green and calm. Nice for long walks or jogging. I am renting the place for a good rate as I have one important concern. I will be out of town for min. 4 days every month due to work and visiting parts of my family. So I need someone that can take care of my "duties" ( feeding the animals, taking care of them .) while I am out of town for a those days. This is very important for me!

So I would be very happy to find someone to share my house with, maybe one or the other day cook or eat something together or sitting for a coffee. The idea is that this is not just simply a living besides one another but maybe living as a small community - helping each other.
Because of Corona, I need a more domestic person. If possible with a test!
