Mitbewohner*in gesucht! Flat mate wanted!

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Goßlerstraße. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß in null komma nix erreicht und auch zu (fast) allen Universitätsbereichen kann man im allergrößten Zeitnotstand erfahrungsgemäß in 5-10 min gelangen (auch zur Uniklinik). Auch für die Busfahrer ist gesorgt, Kamil kann sicher hervorragend Auskunft über die Pläne geben. Im Falle von Epidemien/apokalyptischen Ereignissen oder spontanen Kochveranstaltungen sind 6 Supermärkte, zwei Bäcker und ein Kiosk in unmittelbarer Umgebung.


The flat is in Goßlerstraße and the city center is only a stone‘s throw away. From personal experience, almost all departments of the university can be reached within 5-10 min if time is sparse (also to the university clinic). For the bus riders, there are several bus stops nearby and Kamil can surely inform you about the schedules. In case of pandemics, apocalyptic events or spontaneous potlucks, there are 6 supermarkets, 2 bakeries and a kiosk within walking distance.

Das neue Domizil würde geteilt mit Tim, 22, Ökosystemmanagement im Bachelor und Kamil, 30, Zellbiologe, derzeit auf der Suche nach einer neuen Promotionsstelle.
In deinem neuen WG-Alltag könntest du Tim begeistert vom bouldern zur Tür hereinkommen sehen oder Kamil in einer aufgeregten und wohlinformierten Diskussion über die Säkularisation des Staates oder beim Kochen verschiedener Asiatischer Gerichte in der Küche antreffen.
Beide sind unkompliziert und das ist auch das Credo des Zusammenlebens: kein unnötiger Stress oder unverhältnismäßige Streits wegen Kleinigkeiten. Was stört wird angesprochen, bisher hat das in dieser Konstellation gut funktioniert.
Tim macht allerdings von Mitte April bis Mitte Juli ein Praktikum, weshalb wir für sein Zimmer einen Zwischenmieter suchen.


You would share the flat with Tim, 22, ecosystem management in a bachelor program and Kamil, 30, cell biologist, currently looking for a new PhD position.
In a future WG-experience, you may witness Tim enthusiastically coming back from a successful bouldering session or encounter Kamil in the kitchen, fully engaged in a well informed discussion about secularisation or exploring the asian cuisine.
Both are straightforward and this is somewhat the credo of the WG: no unnecessary conflicts or fights about small things. If something is bothering someone you talk about it, this has worked well so far.
Tim is going to be involved in an internship from mid-april to mid-july though, so we are also looking for someone to fill in for this period of time.

Da einige Elektrogeräte und Möbel für die WG angeschafft wurden, käme auf dich ein Abschlag von 295€ zu. Falls Du das Zimmer und Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner Kennlernen möchtest, könnten wir im Hinblick auf zunehmende Kontaktvermeidung auch eine Besichtigung über Skype machen!

As there are some electronic devices and furniture that was bought for the WG, i would hope to hand on the costs of 295€ with the person moving in. In case you would like to get to know your future flat mates (and the room), we would be happy to show you around, possibly via Skype, as to minimise personal contact!
