Mitbewohner*in für OM10-WG gesucht

Wir suchen ab sofort zwei BIPoC (Black, Indigene, Person of color) und eine weisse Mitbewohner*in für die FLINTA* (Frauen, Lesben, Inter*, Nicht binär, trans*, Agender) WG in der OM10. Momentan wohnen hier zwei Personen, mit dir und zwei anderen Person dann fünf.
Die OM10 ist ein selbstverwaltetes Hausprojekt. Das Haus gehört allen, die hier leben und aktiv sind. Das heißt, wir sind für alles gemeinsam selbst verantwortlich. Dafür gibt es einmal im Monat ein gemeinsames Plenum, an dem alle Bewohner*innen und Aktive teilnehmen. Außerdem organisieren wir uns in AGs, die unterschiedliche Aufgaben übernehmen.
Wir wünschen uns, dass du gerne in einer politischen Wohngemeinschaft zusammen wohnst und dich gerne auch einbringst, da es immer viel zu tun gibt. Genrell beschäftigen wir uns viel mit antirassistischen und sozialen Kämpfen.
Es gibt nicht nur Wohnraum, sondern auch einen großen Saal, eine Teeküche sowie Gästezimmer. In dem Saal finden regelmäßig politische Treffen sowie Veranstaltungen statt.

Uns ist besonders wichtig, dass auch Menschen mit Hijab hier wohnen und sich wohlfühlen können. Entsprechend würden wir auf die Bedürfnisse, die damit kommen, achten und es möglich machen.

Das Zimmer ist 15 qm gross und kostet ca. 200-250 EUR, bitte sagt Bescheid, wenn Du nicht so viel bezahlen kannst, vielleicht koennen wir gemeinsam eine Loesung finden.

Roommate wanted for OM10 flat share

We are looking for threeflatmates (two BIPoc Person - black, indigenous or Person of Color and one white Person) for the FLINTA* (Female, Inter*, Non-Binary, Trans*, Agender) shared flat in OM10. At the moment there are two people living here, with you and other persons there will be five of us.
OM10 is a self-managed house project. The house belongs to everyone who lives and works here. That means we are responsible for everything together. For this purpose, there is a joint plenum once a month, in which all residents and activists take part. We also organise ourselves into working groups that take on different tasks.
We would like you to enjoy living together in a political flat-sharing community and to get involved, as there is always a lot to do. Generally, we deal a lot with anti-racist and social struggles.
There is not only living space, but also a common room for meetings on the ground floor, as well as a big hall, a kitchenette and guest rooms. Political meetings and events take place regularly in the hall.
