Hello, we are Esin (cis-woman, she/ her) and Phlox/ Flocke (non-binary, all pronouns) and we are looking for a FLINTA*-Person to live with.

We like to spend time in the kitchen together and be funny together.
Yet we respect each other's boundaries and personal spaces.
Hello, I am Esin. I am studying master's in chemistry. This is my second semester in Göttingen. I am into singing and listening to music other than studying. Since it is not my native language, I am trying to learn German currently. Other than that I like to live in a shared flat because I don't wish for a purpose WG. And I like going out with friends on weekends. Also, I give value to my personal space.
Heyy I'm Phlox/ Flocke (all pronouns). I study Persian and work. I like to socialize and (queer-)feminism is important to me. I'm an open and (rather) unconventional person. Actually, I have many hobbies, see if we got some in common? :)
The reason why this ad is in English is that we speak it at home, it's our common language. Don't worry if your English isn't perfect, but would be nice to be able to communicate well together.
Talking about communication - we like it open and rather direct and it's nice to keep working on the relationships at home and to keep up an understanding of each other's lives. It is important to talk about things that disturb you but also value each other.
Also, you should be a reliable person.
Our apartment is located in the northern part of the city, near Gallus Park. Z-campus is only a 7-minute walk from our doorstep, and the city center is 10 minutes away. If you need groceries, we have plenty of options nearby, including Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, and a Bio store. And if you need to catch a bus, the nearest stop (serving lines 31, 32, and 62) is right outside our door. The train station is a 20 minute walk away.
The room
is 17 m2 with one large window. Even though we live in an old building, our apartment was fully renovated just three years ago, so everything from the bathroom to the heating is new. Plus, we have a lovely eat-in kitchen that's perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together. It is important to mention that smoking is allowed in the kitchen but of course, we are paying attention to letting some fresh air into the kitchen after smoking.
The room is free from the 1st of September.
There will be a partial payment of 33€ for the dishwasher and the washing machine which our former flatmate is, fortunately, leaving for us. Every one of us pays the same amount.
The price for furniture in the ad includes the bed ( including bed frame, slatted frame, and mattress), bookcase, dresser, the pink chair/seat, its pouf, the painting, and the partial payment( 33€) that we mentioned above.
It is clear that we don't want sexist or racist people, Burschis or people who deny that Corona exists. We don't accept queer- or trans*-phobia or any other kind of discrimination. We would like to be a safer space.
