Zwischenmiete Oktober-April: Schönes Zimmer in 6er-Haus-WG mit Garten

Die Gegend ist grün, nur 1 km vom Plabutsch entfernt und es ist ein ruhiges Siedlungsgebiet, wo sich Einfamilienhäuser mit Gärten aneinander reihen. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und Öffi Stationen. Man kommt auf Radwegen und ruhigen Seitenstraßen vom Bahnhof in 12 Minuten direkt zum Haus. In die Innenstadt (Hauptplatz) sind es mit dem Rad 15 Minuten (4 km).

The area is green, only 1 km from Plabutsch and it is a quiet residential area where family houses with gardens are lined up. Nearby are several shopping facilities, bakers and public transport stations. You can get from the train station directly to the house in 12 minutes on bike paths and quiet side streets. To the city center (main square) it takes 15 minutes by bike (4 km).

Wir teilen nicht nur unsere Interessen und Aktivitäten, sondern auch Essen, Verantwortung und jede Menge gute Laune. Unsere WG ist ein gemeinschaftlicher Ort, an dem wir uns austoben können, aber auch unsere Freiheiten genießen. Und damit du gut reinpasst, ist es wichtig, dass auch du den Umgang mit Menschen liebst, den Austausch schätzt und dabei natürlich auch deine eigenen Bedürfnisse kommunizierst.

Ab September ziehen zwei unserer Mitbewohnerinnen aus und zwei neue ein, das heißt die Konstellation wird sich neu formen. Mein Zimmer wird nur als Untermiete über den Winter frei.

Die BewohnerInnen sind:
Alina, 29, voller Tatendrang und hat mehr Hobbies als man zählen kann. Sie jongliert mit Yoga, Silks, Acro, Laufen, Wandern, Bouldern und ist gerne kreativ oder gärtnert in unserem schönen Garten. Sie arbeitet bei einer NGO die sich für Klimagerechtigkeit einsetzt und ist auch sonst aktiv und hat ein großes Herz.

Paul, 29, den schnellsten Franzosen in Graz (oder so behauptet er zumindest). Er ist nicht nur bei der Arbeit bei NXP als (IT-Mensch? Programmierer? Physiker?) topmotiviert, sondern auch als Musiker, Bäcker und Imker voll im Einsatz. Super sportlich, lieb und lustig.

Markus, 34, liebt Klettern, Mountainbiken, Acroyoga, Museumstouren, Theateraufführungen – er macht einfach alles mit, und zwar gerne in Gesellschaft! Wenn er nicht gerade die Bühne rockt oder auf dem Fahrrad seine Grenzen austestet, findet ihr ihn bestimmt unter Leuten, denn er liebt es, sich in der Gemeinschaft zu tummeln. Zirkusbegeistert ist er auch noch und immer für einen Scherz zu haben.

Nathalie, 29, gärtnert gerne, ist politisch/feministisch aktiv und arbeitet bei Megaphon. Sie liebt Naturausflüge, ist meistens für ein Gläschen Wein zu haben, macht mal Yoga, geht mal klettern, tanzt hier und da und ist einfach eine ganz wundervolle Freundin.

Vic, 29, der zweite Franzose im Haus, ist Tischler von Beruf, spielt Rugby, hat gerne Spaß und sorgt dafür, dass es nie langweilig wird.

Bei uns im Haus wird eine Mischung aus Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und auch mal Spanisch gesprochen.


We not only share our interests and activities, but also food, responsibility and lots of good humour. Our flat share is a communal place where we can let off steam but also enjoy our freedom. And so that you fit in well, it is important that you also love dealing with people, appreciate the exchange and of course also communicate your own needs.

From September two of our roommates will move out, which means that the constellation will form anew. My room is only available as a sublet over the winter.

The house mates are:
Alina, 29, full of energy and has more hobbies than you can count. She juggles yoga, silks, acro, running, hiking, bouldering and enjoys being creative or gardening in our beautiful garden. She works for an NGO that works for climate justice and is also otherwise active and has a big heart.

Paul, 29, the fastest Frenchman in Graz (or at least that's what he claims). He is not only highly motivated at work at NXP as an (IT person? programmer? physicist?), but also as a musician, baker and beekeeper. Super athletic, sweet and funny.

Markus, 34, loves climbing, mountain biking, acroyoga, museum tours, theatrical performances - he simply does everything, and likes to be in company! When he's not rocking the stage or testing his limits on his bike, you're bound to find him around people as he loves to play in the community. He is also a circus enthusiast and always up for a joke.

Nathalie, 29, likes to garden, is politically/feministically active and works at Megaphon. She loves nature trips, is usually available for a glass of wine, sometimes does yoga, sometimes goes climbing, dances here and there and is just a wonderful friend.

Vic, 29, the second Frenchman in the house, is a carpenter by trade, plays rugby, likes to have fun and makes sure there is never a dull moment.

A mixture of German, English, French and sometimes Spanish is spoken in our house.
