WG-Zimmer im Herz-Jesu-Viertel

Die WG ist im sehr zentralen und schönen Herz-Jesu-Viertel. Die Alte Technik ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt, die Karl-Franzens knapp 15 Minuten und die Med-Uni kann mit dem Rad oder den Öffis auch schnell erreicht werden. Die nächsten Stationen sind Mandellstraße (Straßenbahnlinie 3) in einer Gehminute und der Kaiser-Josef-Platz in 5 Minuten. Es gibt in der Umgebung einige Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Cafés, Parks etc. und auch das Stadtzentrum ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

The flat is in the very central and beautiful Herz-Jesu-Viertel. The Alte Technik (University of Technology) is a 3-minute walk away, the University of Graz just under 15 minutes and the Medical University can also be reached quickly by bike or public transport. The closest stations are Mandellstraße (tram line 3) in one minute walk and Kaiser-Josef-Platz in 5 minutes. There are several supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, parks etc. in the surrounding area and the city center is also only a few minutes away.

Wir sind Cora (23, BAFEP-Kolleg) und Marie (23, Jus). Cora tanzt gerne und sobald sie ein paar Tage frei hat, ist sie am liebsten in der Weltgeschichte unterwegs. Marie geht gerne laufen und singt im Chor. Wir kochen und essen gerne gemeinsam in der großen Küche oder im Sommer am Balkon. Der Balkon eignet sich auch ideal zum Sonnen und ist locker groß genug, um Gemüse und Kräuter anzupflanzen. Wir setzen uns gerne mit einem Glas Wein oder Spritzer zum Tratschen zusammen oder schauen einen Film. Wenn mal wer seine Ruhe braucht, wird das aber selbstverständlich respektiert. Uns ist auf jeden Fall sehr wichtig, dass es keine Zweck-WG ist.
Das Haus hat einen eigenen Fahrradkeller, und es gibt auf der Straße genug Möglichkeit ein Rad anzuhängen. Außerdem haben wir ein Kellerabteil.
Wir sprechen beide fließend Englisch und auch ein paar andere Sprachen ganz gut; internationals are welcome :)


We are Cora (23, BAFEP college) and Marie (23, law student). Cora likes to dance and as soon as she has a few days off, she loves to travel around the world. Marie likes to go running and sings in a choir. We like to cook and eat together in the big kitchen or on the balcony in summer. The balcony is also ideal for sunbathing and is easily big enough to grow vegetables and herbs. We like to sit down together with a glass of wine or spritzer to have a chat or watch a movie. If someone needs their peace and quiet, this is of course respected. In any case, it is very important to us that it is not a functional shared apartment.
The house has its own bicycle cellar, and there is enough possibility to hang up a bike on the street. We also have a storage unit in the basement of the building.
We both speak fluent English and a few other languages quite well; internationals are welcome :)

Der Mietpreis kalt ist €325,20 und die monatlichen Betriebskosten sind ca. €100-120,- (wir haben Flexi-Tarife, die monatlich angepasst werden). Das W-Lan ist da auch schon inkludiert.
Da wir bei der WG-Gründung im Herbst ein paar Einrichungtsgegenstände und auch Elektrogeräte kaufen müssten, wird es dafür eine Ablöse geben.

The rent cold is €325,20 and the monthly operating costs are about €100-120,- (we have flexi tariffs that are adjusted monthly). The wifi is also already included.
Since we would have to buy a few furnishings and electrical appliances when we found the WG in the fall, there will be a transfer fee.
