Hello my name is Pablo Vieyra. I work in research and I’m looking for a flatmate. Check out the pictures, read the description and ask me any question I’m easy to find in FB and other platforms.
The room
A nice, bright and fully furnished 22m² bedroom is available for rent. The flat has high ceilings (3.5m) and wooden floors. The furnishing includes 140cm bed, a small couch, a walk-in closet, desk, monitor, office chair, lighting and minimalist decorations.
The flat
The total area of the flat is 88m² and it is on the 3rd floor. It includes a hallway, a bathroom, a kitchen area, a total of 3 bedrooms and a small balcony. The flat is equipped with all amenities including wifi, dish washer, wash machine, a 4 heat pad stove, oven, fridge, freezer and a fullset of kitchenware. The balcony overlooks a large and quiet courtyard.
The area
The location of the apartment is right at the city center in a 5 minute walking distance from Jakominiplatz. The Medical University of Graz, Technical University and Karl-Franzens-University are easily accessible by bike (5-10 minutes) making the flat ideal for (exchange)students or trainees. All necessary facilities (supermarkets, pharmacies, post office, daily farmer's market, etc.) are in close proximity. There are also parks and many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. All trams and many buses intersect at Jakominiplatz and the flixbus station is in a walking distance facilitating moving around Graz and making longer trips.
The flatmates
We are 2 young professionals that enjoy an occasional glass of wine together. We respect the peace and quiet of others and we don't smoke inside the flat.
City centre
We speak spanish, polish, english and a bit of german. One of us works in a startup developing software and the other is doing a masters in engeneering and working at a microchip company. There is a good vibe in the flat and we would like to have a new flatmate that would integrate in this nice environment.
