The room is rather big and all of the furniture will stay in it for the duration of your stay. Additionally to the room you can share the kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony with Felicia. The room is on the south-west side of the building so you will get sun through the big window in the late afternoon. The apartment is on the fourteenth (14) floor of the building and there are two (2) elevators, so you don't have to walk. One elevator is rather big, the other one is smaller. There is also a room where you can put your bike overnight.
The apartment is not directly in the inner city but it doesn't take long to get anywhere. It takes about 10min with a bike to get to the Karl-Franzens University or a half an hour walk. The next bus stop is right around the corner (about a five minute walk). There is a Spar almost directly next to the apartment (2min walk) and it takes you about ten (10) minutes to get to the main train station when you walk there and next to the train station there is also a Hofer.
You will live together with Felicia, a Psychology student from Germany. She is really lovely and I bet you will get along well. We usually cook for ourselves, since she is vegan and I am not but we buy stuff we both need (like flour, noodles or onions) together and split the bill. You'll have to make up a cleaning schedule with her so that everyone does some work and the whole work does not get put on one person alone. Usually we try to have an evening a week where we sit together and do something as roommates. It depends on how much time we have and what we're up to. Sometimes we watch a tv show together, sometimes we go out to party or sometimes we just hang out at home and have a beer or some wine
My name is Lisa and I am doing an Erasmus exchange semester in Barcelona in the winter semester of 2023/24. Therefore, I would like to rent out my room in Graz for that time. If you're interested, feel free to text me and we'll see that we can come up with a time for you to look at the apartment in person or online (whatever works best). I look forward to hearing from you!
