Großes Wg Zimmer in Stadtpark und Uninähe 27m²

Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral gelegen, so dass die TU, die Karl-Franzens Uni und die Kunst Uni in unter 10 Minuten erreicht werden können.
Auch die Innenstadt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 5 Minuten mit der Bim erreichbar.
Auch wieder im 10 Minuten Radius befinden sich 2 Spar Geschäfte und 2 Apotheken.
Der Stadtpark ist quasi direkt vor der Tür und die Haltestellen Zinzendorfgasse und Mayfredigasse liegen wenige Minuten von der Haustür entfernt.

The apartment is very centrally located, so that the TU, the Karl-Franzens University and the Art University can be reached in under 10 minutes.
Also the city center can be reached in 10 minutes by foot or in 5 minutes with the Bim.
Also in the 10 minutes radius are 2 Spar stores and 2 pharmacies.
The city park is virtually right outside the door and the Zinzendorfgasse and Mayfredigasse bus stops are a few minutes from the front door.

Momentan sind alle recht beschäftigt, aber man trifft sich gelegentlich für einen Plausch in der Küche. Die anderen Mitbewohner sind aber grundsätzlich offen, wenn es sich bei Zeit wieder ergibt mehr miteinander zu machen.
Es ist also eine Mischung aus Zweck und nicht Zweck WG momentan, perfekt für jeden der seine Ruhe möchte, aber doch ein kleines Bisschen Gesellschaft sucht :)

Zurzeit leben 2 Mädls und 2 Jungs in der Wohnung, die alle recht locker und entspannt sind.

David (25) ist mit 3 Jahren der Mitbewohner, der am längsten in der WG wohnt.
Er studiert Architektur und ist gerne mit Freunden unterwegs und ein brennender Fan des SK Sturm Graz.

Gabor (24) ist auch recht neu in der WG und studiert Jazz Schlagzeug an der Kunst Uni.
Gabor besitzt einen Proberaum und somit entsteht durch sein Üben keine Lärmbelästigung in der Wohnung.

Sarah (23) kommt ursprünglich aus Amerika und arbeitet hier als Native Speaker an einer Schule. Sie macht gerne Sport und backt und kocht auch gerne.

Brooke (23) kommt wie Sarah aus Amerika und arbeitet ebenfalls als Native Speaker an einer Schule. Sie spielt Rugby.

Das Zusammenleben ist recht entspannt, man trifft sich gelegentlich auf einen Kaffee oder ein Glas Wein in der Küche, aber es hat auch jeder seine Ruhe und Freiheit, da wir alle durch unsere Studien und Jobs viel unterwegs sind.

Currently there are 2 girls and 2 guys living in the apartment, who are all quite easy-going and relaxed.

David (25) is with 3 years the roommate who lives the longest in the WG.
He studies architecture and likes to hang out with friends and is a burning fan of SK Sturm Graz.

Gabor (24) is also quite new in the WG and studies jazz drums at the art university.
He is very friendly and funny.
Gabor owns a rehearsal room and therefore his practicing does not cause any noise nuisance in the apartment.

Sarah (23) is originally from America and works here as a native speaker at a school. She likes to do sports and also likes to bake and cook for the WG.

Brooke (23) is from America like Sarah and also works as a Native Speaker at a school. She plays rugby and is very outgoing and funny.

Living together is quite relaxed, we occasionally meet for a coffee or a glass of wine in the kitchen, but everyone also has their peace and freedom, as we all travel a lot due to our studies and jobs.

Du als neue/r Mitbewohner*in bist optimalerweise freundlich und offen und hast Lust darauf dich bei uns einzurichten.
Es wäre außerdem gut, wenn du einen kleinen Brocken Englisch mitbringen könntest, da die beiden Mädels zwar Deutsch sprechen, aber manches lässt sich dann doch einfacher in Englisch besprechen. :)

PS: Das Einzugsdatum ist verhandelbar, da ich im Jänner auf Erasmus ins Ausland gehe und auch schon früher ausziehen könnte, wenn es so gewünscht ist.

As a new roommate, you should ideally be friendly and open-minded and have the desire to settle in with us.
It would also be good if you could bring a little bit of English, because the two girls speak German, but some things are easier to discuss in English. :)
