THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE FROM THE JULY 1st!
I've finished my work experience here and I'm going back home, so I'm looking for someone to replace my room😊
The room is spacious and has a double bed. It also comes with all the furniture you see in the pictures WITHOUT EXTRA COST!
The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher and a nice oven for baking, roasting, etc.
The bathroom has a washing machine and floor heating, which feels very nice after having a shower in winter.
WI-FI and all utilities included. There are 4 rooms in the flat, but one of our roommates works abroad and isn't home often!
The flat is located right next to Ostbahnhof train station, where there is also a TRAM stop (Linie 4). The tram takes you to the city center in 10min! Spar, OBI and John Reed Gym are also next to the flat which has been SO convenient!
Aldi and Lidl can also be reached within a 12-15min walk, or 3min on the tram.
It is very easy to get anywhere with a bike as well!
We have a very chill environment in the flat, some of us work and some are students.
Right now there is 2 other flatmates. They are both friendly, quiet and easy-going! They are both tidy, so we need someone who cleans after themselves.
