Due to personal circumstances I have to leave my apartment in Groningen. So there's a small but nice room becoming available in this flat. The room is already furnished but you can bring own furniture as well since the current furniture doesn't have to stay in the room.
The house is situated in the center of Groningen, at a 5-minute walk from de Grote Markt. Within walking distance there are multiple supermarkets, amongst others there is an Albert Heijn. Furthermore, there are multiple bus stops around the corner and the Harmoniegebouw and the University library are at a 2-minute walk. The room has a surface area of 11 square meters. Furthermore, we have 2 showers, 2 toilets. Additionally, there is a kitchen with everything you need that can be used and a big living room. Considering the fact that you also have the room in the summer, it is good to mention that we also have a rooftop terrace! You will be living with 8 other boys and a lovely young cat. The rent for the room is €500,- (which includes water/gas/electricity and internet).
