Nice room in cosy flat

We have found a wonderful flat and agreed to rent it with the estate agent. Because our third flat mate will stay in his old appartment we now are searching for a new person to live with us.

As we do not live in the flat yet it's a little bit complicated so we thought of this procedure: You write us a message, we get to know each other a little bit and then we can arrange a visit eg. this thursday of the appartment (we already saw it!).

Some details about the flat: it's about 80 square meters. There are three rooms one for each of us and a living room (21m2). Your room will be about 10m2 (4,45x2,10). The kitchen as a small balcony.

There is some place in the cave to store stuff and bikes (so they dont get stolen).

The location is next to a small lake on the Vondelaan between the central station and the Hoornse Meer (good for barbecue in the summer!). There are all the supermarkets in very short walking distance (Lidl, AH, etc.).

We are 21 and 22 and would also search somebody in that broad range of age. We both study Medicine at the UMCG.

We are looking for a social person who is easy-going and open. The living room was the most important thing in chosing the appartment because it is nice and big. We will put a couch, a dinner table, speakers with a turntable for vinyls, flowers and candles in there to make it all cosy :-)

The price of the room is 220 euros plus charges (so with internet not more than 300 euros) plus 300 fee for the agency and 300 euro deposit. We will move in mid-January to 1st February.
