Quick & Easy: Bring your personal belongings - everything else is taken care of!
This room is already furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk & co. Even the curtains are included.
In addition to your private four walls, you and your 4 fellow students will have access to a brand new, modern communal kitchen and 2 renovated bathrooms.
And although the UNI, your new favourite café, bars, restaurants and all the shops you need are just a few minutes' walk away, there may even be a covered parking space for your bike in the courtyard.
RENTZELSTRAßE 12 is located in the GRINDELVIERTEL district of Hamburg-Rotherbaum - right in the heart of Hamburg's UNI quarter.
The beautiful and popular Grindel Quarter has a university feel to it, with cafés, restaurants, small shops and boutiques to suit all tastes. Everything you need as a student can be found in the immediate vicinity of the residence. There are also supermarkets (e.g. EDEKA, NETTO, PENNY), an APPLE shop (GRAVIS), bookstores, copy shops and kiosks that are open until midnight. The ABATON cinema, various museums, the Kammerspiele theatre and the exhibition centre are also within walking distance.
The Planten and Blomen park and the Schanzenpark are nearby - the latter is also a 10-minute walk from the trendy Schanzenviertel.
If you need to get out of the area and don't have a car, there are a number of bus routes that will get you there:
Dammtor station (long-distance trains, S11, S21 and S31) is only 5 minutes away, and the city centre (Gänsemarkt, Jungfernstieg) is about 10 minutes away by bus. Several underground lines are also easily accessible by bus, which will take you all over Hamburg in comfort.
And if you prefer to drive, you can reach Hamburg Airport in 15 minutes or the A1, A7 or A24 motorways in 15 to 20 minutes.
All in all?
As a student in Hamburg, you couldn't live better, more centrally located, more practical or with a better infrastructure! And hardly more beautiful either....
