Hello and welcome to the ad that possibly describes your new shared apartment in the heart of Harburg harbor!
We are looking for someone for the free room in our shared apartment :)
Applicants who are employed or have a job in prospect will be preferred. Because we are all working and have already left the typical student life behind us ;)
Of course, the ad is about the whole WG, but in particular about the room No. 1:
The room has two floor-to-ceiling windows, which face to the north with view of the marina. The room is pleasantly heated by underfloor heating.
Dominik would like to sell a few furnishings, but there is no obligation.

About the rest of the apartment it should be said:
- An eat-in kitchen in the entrance area
- 4 rooms of about the same size (about 16 m2)
- 2 bathrooms, which make the WG life a lot easier (you would share one bathroom with Nikolai)
- dishwasher, washing machine and fridge are available
- a small storage room
The house:
- A private cellar room (about 12 m2)
- A bicycle cellar
- An elevator
- A public roof terrace on our floor where the residents like to spend time in summer
Residential area:
The apartment is located at the Harburg Binnen-/ Museumshafen, which is separated from the old town by rails. Therefore the residential area is very quiet. The TUHH can be reached by foot and bus in about 15 min.
Public transport:
The S-Bahn stop Harburg-Rathaus is about 10 minutes away on foot. There is a bus stop right in front of the building from where a bus leaves every 10 minutes to Harburg train station. From our flat you can reach Hamburg's main train station within 25 minutes.
Shopping facilities:
There is an EDEKA supermarket 2 minutes away on foot. There are also several bakeries, restaurants and a pharmacy in the surrounding area.
Nightlife:
The Lämmertwiete, Harburg's small alley with restaurants and pubs, is also within 10min walking distance.
Parking:
Next to the building is a parking garage which offers parking spaces for about 65€/month. Furthermore, parking on the street is free outside working days. Permanent free public parking is located 5 minutes walk away.

- Dominik leaves the WG and will move in with his girlfriend.
