I want to rent one of my rooms in my 52 qm apartment starting from May 1st. I will rent the brightest, cozy room (please see photos). Therefore, I am looking for a nice and clean tenant for a short term, 2/3 months. The bathroom and kitchen will have to be shared.
You can use the L-shaped sofa as a bed, so you don't have to get a new bed. There is a brand new small fridge, a water cooker, a toaster, and a washing machine which you can use too.
The location of this apartment is amazing, because:
a) the nearest U Bahn station Langenhorn Markt is only 1 minute on foot, also there are bus connections that connect to Niendorf, Ohlsdorf, and Hamburg Airport.
b) Retail shops like Edeka, Kaufland, Iranian, Turkish shops, salons, cafes, house doctors, and pubs are just 1-minute walking distance.
c) the neighborhood is also nice, in the backyard you can have a BBQ.
A little bit about me: I moved to Hamburg a couple of years ago after studying Master's at Göttingen University. I have been working for a small consulting company based in Hamburg's city center. I often do home office and prefer quiet and peaceful environment. I don't smoke and prefer someone who will not smoke in the apartment.
The total rent is €650 (including water, heating, internet, electricity, nebenkosten), etc.
You can not bring more people to live with you in this apartment. This is a 2 person household. And, I am looking for 1 person.
