Die Wohnung ist räumlich ideal aufgeteilt mit gemütlicher Wohnküche, großem, geräumigem Wohnflur in feng shui Farben, einer Abstellkam-mer, WC und Bad getrennt. Das Zimmer hat weiße Wände, Stuck. Sämtliche Geschäfte sind direkt vorm Haus, Restaurants + Imbisse + Kioske bis mindestens 2.oo Uhr nachts, Penny 30 m, Lidl 150 m, U-bahn + ZOB 3 min. Also schon ein easy life.
Wohndauer FLEXIBEL. geht auch monatsweise!
Die Wohnung hat 70qm, sanierter Altbau, Mikrowelle, großer extra froster, komplett + vielseitig eingerichtete Küche (außer Kaffeemaschine), maximal 3 Mitbewohner, KabelTV, internet + Festnetz flat. Zentraler geht nicht! Wir sind gut organisiert. 3 min zum Bahnhof, 2 min zum ZOB, 5 min zur Alster.. Lets roll... alternative friendly, entspannt.
gemeinsame Verantwortung, soziales faires Verhalten und Rücksicht auf die anderen Mitbewohner sollten für jedermannn selbstverständlich sein. ebenso gemeinsame oder abwechselnde reinigung der räumlichkeiten!!!
