Hello there,
so, the flat is so composed: two bedrooms, one smaller and one larger, kitchen, bathroom and a hallway connecting all the rooms.
The entire apartment is furnished by the landlord, the exception being two desks we brought ourselves but that we are willing to leave if needed, for a small fee. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, an electric stove with oven, fridge and freezer. There's also a small closet used to store the vacuum cleaner and so.
The bathroom is quite small, easily heated and cleaned. It is equipped with a shower cabin, there's no bath tub.
The bigger room is very spacious and can easily be used as a double instead of a single, or can even be entirely converted into a living room if needed.
The rent is different for the two rooms, the smaller one being at 350 and the larger one being at 400. Utility fees are equally divided among the residents.
The deposit is, accordingly, equal to two months of rent, so respectively 700 € and 800 € for the two rooms, or 1500 € for the entire flat.
The flat lies in central Veddel, a couple of minutes from the nearest bus stop. The area is served by bus line M13 and by S-Bahn Linien S3 and S31, all three scheduled every 5 minutes.
The area is a residential quartier, so few traffic, very quiet and lots of green.
You can come visit the flat at any time of any day, with the only exception being Thursday 5th between 14:00 and 16:30 and Saturday the entire day.
