Your private room is cute, calm and absolutely charming, its a lovely and a very comfortable bedroom of 10 m2. It is full of light, facing south, with a view into the garden, absolutely quiet, nice white and tall walls, real wooden floor. The room is fully furnished with a generous wardrope and comfy 1,40 m bed. Please consider this mainly your bedroom, the flat as a whole has a lot more for you to offer :)
You will be living in a fine, old building style, high standard and fully renovated 70 m2 flat of 2 bedrooms, one spacious living room with a sunny balcony facing south, a spacious kitchen and corridor, and a big bathroom. The flat is super modern, tidy, always clean and fully equipped (new washing Maschine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, new fridge and freezer, automate coffee machine), in a silent area in the beautiful district of glorious Winterhude right next to the Stadtpark (5 Mins walk). Easy bike and car parking.

The Stadtpark is right in front of our flat. You can go jogging, swimming and have bbq with friends there.
There are 2 metros (U Borgweg and U Saarlandstrasse) around the corner, one to the left, one to the right ;) Busses as well. The Alster is only a 20 min’s walk away, too. Mühlenkamp (15 min walk) is great for dinner and drinks. From here, you can also cycle anywhere you want.
All in all, Winterhude is a wonderful district to live in!
