Nice and sunny furnished room 15m2 (240 Euro each month and extra 25 € for electricity and heating raise of prices Complete warm rent 265€) all included, also W-LAN. Only for using the washing mashine it will cost 2€ extra for each use) , on suburb of Hannover (Seelze district Letter), situated in the green, one-familyhouse, good access for public traffic (by train 9 min to Hannover centralstation, or train S 1 or S 2 until Station Hannover-Leinhausen or Nordstadt and than take the tram line 4 or 5 until university LUH or you can even take the bus 700 or a bicycle ). It´a good place here for jogging or walking, even besides the river called Leine.
Smoking is not allowed in the house , but if you smoke you can do it in front of the house.
Pets are not allowed in the house (allergy or phobia of roomies )
I had rented before to german students as well as from foreign countries, from Spain, America, Southafrica, Sri Lanka, Iran, India as well to students from Albania and South Korea (students of music). Hannover is city of music.
They all say that it seems a beautifull place and they had been really happy to stay here.
We speak english, french and a little bit spain, german of course.
The room is completly furnished (bed,wardrobe, desk and so on), bathroom with shower and WC, another bathroom with bathtub, guest toilet , kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, tableware , toaster,kettle , pots and pans … all stuff you need)

We are open minded, but look for women up to 24 years as roommate.
Change of dates :The room now really is available from 1.1.2023 (instead of 1. 12.2022 and 1.2.2023) for reason to move later/earlier than first expected.
We look for new room-mate to be a clean and proper person.
Actaually there is a student from Maroco (Electronic and IT) and one professor (organic chemie)
Plan for cleaning procedure (you should know how to do the cleaning) and accept house rules to be present.
