Hello, My room will be available from the month of June, 2024 for long term.
The second floor apartment has four rooms and the third floor has two (one of which would be yours), a shared kitchen, a toilet, and a bathroom with a shower.
Your future room is approximately 25 square meters and fully furnished with a bed, mattress, a couch, 2 storage shelves, 1 side table with drawers and a table and chair. It has a roof window with shutters that let in enough light at all times. You will also have a single cooking stove (in addition to the kitchen), a refrigerator and an oven in the room. A common washing machine and a vacuum cleaner is also available.
The cost of the room is €550 warm per month plus internet costs. This room is also suitable for couples or can be shared between two people.
The apartment is in Heidelberg- Kirchheim and is a 2-3 minute walk to the Kirchheim Rathaus bus stop.
Line 721, 33 & Tram 26 every 7- 10 minutes:
- Easy access to Heidelberg, Mannheim & Weisloch-Walldorf
- 8 min to Heidelberg Hauptbanhof
- 3 min to the Heidelberg Kirchheim Rohrbach S-bahn.
Another plus is the easy accessibility to different supermarkets and restaurants. Aldi and Lidl are at your sight that you can walk to it and get things even a few minutes before the closing time. Two Rewe centres, another Aldi and Lidl, DM are also in the walkable distance.
Even though the apartment is 6 shared, you can have your privacy and enjoy your life. You can spend time in the common area as well. The flatmates are really friendly and will help you if in need. There is already a person assigned for cleaning the apartment, so you don't have to worry about cleaning routines. The waste disposals can be done yourself at the garbage bins in the back of the building.
