Ausstattung:
• Waschmaschine & voll ausgestattete Küche • falls erwünscht würde ich gerne mein Bett (Maße: 140x200 cm inkl. Matratze) und eine weiße Kommode für eine kleine faire Ablöse im Zimmer lassen, die zwei Bücherregale würde ich verschenken

Da ich nach Wien ziehe suche ich für diese wunderschöne absolute Wohlfühlwohnung und meine Lieblingsmensch- Mitbewohnerin Tina eine coole Nachfolgerin. Tina (24) studiert im Master Englisch und Russisch auf Lehramt, gibt Nachhilfe und arbeitet teilzeit. Sie ist sportlich, tobt sich gern kreativ aus, liebt es in der Natur unterwegs zu sein, backt und liest gerne außerdem kocht sie richtig lecker und viel 😍 Mit ihr kann man sowohl aufregende Aktivitäten wie Wander- oder Snowboardtage unternehmen als auch gemütliche Koch-, Spiele- oder Philosophierabende erleben. Trotzdem ist es wichtig, dass jede auch einmal Zeit und Ruhe für sich selber braucht. Tina ist manchmal in Südtirol und anderswo unterwegs, deshalb sollte es dich nicht stören die Wohnung ab und zu für dich allein zu haben.
Offene Kommunikation und ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander sind sehr wichtig! Dein zukünftiges Zimmer bietet den einzigen Balkonzugang, d.h. es ist bedingt auch Durchgangszimmer. Hier könnt ihr euch individuell einigen.
Da ich und mein grüner Daumen sowie viele Pflanzen mit mir zusammen ausziehen werden, hättest du genug Platz und Raum für deine eigenen Pflanzen am Balkon. Außerdem gäbe es reichlich Platz auf unserer kreativen Wand im Gang für deine eigenen Kunstwerke. Idealerweise bist du zwischen 24 und 35 Jahre alt und weißt Sauberkeit zu schätzen.

• Washing machine & fully equipped kitchen • If desired, I would be happy to leave my bed (dimensions: 140x200 cm including mattress) and a white commode in the room for a small fair fee, I would give away the two bookshelves

Since I'm moving to Vienna, I'm looking for a cool successor for this beautiful, absolutely feel-good apartment and my favorite person - roommate Tina. Tina (24) is sporty, very creative, loves spending time in nature, she likes to bake and read, she also cooks really delicious and a lot 😍 With her you can do exciting activities such as hiking or snowboarding days as well as experiencing cozy cooking, board games or philosophy evenings. She studies English & Russian in her master's degree in teaching, gives private lessons and works part time. Nevertheless, it is important that everyone needs some time and rest for themselves. Tina is sometimes on the road in South Tyrol and elsewhere, so it shouldn't bother you to have the apartment to yourself from time to time. 😉 Open communication and considerate cooperation are key! Your future room offers the only balcony access, which means that it is also a connecting room. Here you can individually agree on a time.

Since me and my green thumb and many plants will move out with me, you would have enough space for your own plants on the balcony. There would also be plenty of room on our creative aisle wall for your own artwork. Ideally, you are between 24 and 35 years old and appreciate cleanliness.
