Your room is ~13m² big. There is a wardrobe, a bed, a shelf and a desk in it – so everything you'd need. The floor is bright and laminate.
The building itself is a bit older and the apartment is in the attic ( = second floor). The room has two windows and thus is pretty bright. If you like, you can use the Loggia of the apartment, but there is no direct access from your room.
The kitchen is big enough, there is a dining table, a microwave/oven, stove, fridge … and lots of room for food.
The bathroom has a washing machine.
Additionally, there is a big stowage room you can use, where you can dry your clothes, put stuff in, etc. …
The location is good for students. You can reach the main part of the university in about 10 minutes (walk), the centre of the city in ~15 minutes. There is a grocery store and a bus station (Line “A” and “H”) 3 minutes away.
The panoramic view from the apartment (and your room too) is quite amazing. You can see the whole Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains, have a great view from almost every room (even the toilet).
In general, the house, an apartment house with 3 flats in total in it, is located in a quiet, green area.
I'm looking for a room-mate to get on well with for a good living together. You should be non-smoker and tidy, or atleast able to be tidy. =)
I'm studying abroad, but I keep my room, so you will be alone during the week in the apartment. I'll be in Innsbruck every second/third weekend (and holidays), though!
This means you will have the apartment all for yourself 90% of the time. As I said, it's a familiary environment, so you should be OK with being invited for a coffee, or meal from time to time ;)
Since firstly, I had really good experiences with it and secondly, I know that it can be quite hard to find a room from elsewhere (from my own experiences), international guys are very welcome too.
If you are not able to check out the apartment before your stay, we can arrange something like a Skype talk. You can always ask me via mail if you have any questions regarding the apartment or regarding other stuff.
The room is available from August.
>>If you are interested, please write me an email (Ich bin von hier, wenn ihr deutsch sprecht, schreibt mir ruhig auch auf deutsch!) with a short description of yourself. And please only write me, if you are really interested. It sucks responding to people who don't write back or don't show up on an appointment!<<
