Cozy WG-Zimmer in der Innenstadt [ZWISCHENMIETE]

Hey Leute,

ich vermiete mein geliebtes WG-Zimmer in der Museumstraße weil ich für ein halbes Jahr nach Neuseeland fliege. Ich vermiete unter (!) und ziehe nicht aus weil ich in der tollsten WG in ganz Innsbruck wohne! Spar, Hofer, MPreis, Apotheke, Bäcker & Bushaltestellen - alles direkt vor der Haustür. Zum Bahnhof und zur Sowie läuft man keine 5 Minuten.

Aber nicht nur die Lage ist super, sondern auch deine neuen Mitbewohner. Lea (22) studiert Psychologie im Master und wohnt schon am längsten in unserer WG. Sie geht gerne wandern, Ski & Snowboard fahren und ist eine echte Gym-Rat. Olaya (22) ist im selben Semester wie Lea und geht gerne Techno feiern, ins Gym und zeichnet/malt in ihrer Freizeit. Gerne wird bei uns abends mal zusammen Reality TV geschaut, Wii oder Xbox gezockt oder generell einfach gemütlich zusammen gesessen. Carlo (24) ist unserer neuster WG-Zuwachs. Er studiert Architektur im Bachelor, geht gerne Ski fahren und skatet. Wir sind nicht nur MitbewohnerInnen sondern vor allem gute Freunde und darum suchen wir jemanden der auch Lust auf ein aktives WG Leben hat. Generell sind uns Kommunikation und Sauberkeit extrem wichtig. Du solltest also in der Lage sein, deine Meinung zu äußern, die Bedürfnisse der anderen zu respektieren und dich an unseren Putzplan zu halten.

Wir suchen unabhängig vom Geschlecht jemanden mit WG-Erfahrung, zwischen 21 und 26, der/die Lust hat, sich aktiv in unser WG-Leben einzubringen.

Hey people,

I'm renting out my beloved room in a shared apartment on Museumstrasse because I'm going to New Zealand for half a year. I'm sub-letting (!) and I'm not moving out because I live in the best shared flat in all of Innsbruck! Spar, Hofer, MPreis, pharmacy, bakery & bus stops - all right on the doorstep. The train station and Sowie one walks less than 5 minutes.

But not only the location is great, but also your new roommates. Lea (22) is studying psychology for a master's degree and has been living in our shared flat for the longest time. She enjoys hiking, skiing & snowboarding and is a real gym rat. Olaya (22) is in the same semester as Lea and likes going to techno parties, going to the gym and drawing/painting in her free time. We like to watch reality TV together in the evenings, play Wii or Xbox games or simply sit together comfortably. Carlo (24) is our latest addition to our shared flat. He is studying architecture for his bachelor's degree and enjoys skiing and skating. We are not only roommates but above all good friends and that is why we are looking for someone who also wants to live an active flat share. In general, communication and cleanliness are extremely important to us. So you should be able to speak your mind, respect the needs of others and stick to our cleaning schedule.

Regardless of gender, we are looking for someone with shared flat experience, between the ages of 21 and 26, who would like to actively participate in our shared flat.
