gemütliches zimmer in 5er WG :)

Hey ihr WG-Suchenden da draußen,

da Mitte Febuar zwei unserer Mitbewohner ausziehen, suchen wir noch ein neues WG Mitglied ab den 01.03 (gerne auch etwas früher). Unsere charmante Altbauwohnung besteht aus 5 Zimmern, 2 Bädern, einem sonnigen Balkon zur Südseite und Allem was dazu gehört. Es gibt diverse Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder und ein Kellerabteil ist auch dabei. Da die Wohnung direkt am Hauptbahnhof liegt, haben wir perfekte Anbindung und sind nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt.

Zum Zimmer:
Das 16qm große Zimmer ist zu unserem schönen Innenhof gerichtet. Es ist unmöbliert und hat wie der Rest der Wohnung hohe Decken und Fischgrätenparkett.

Zu uns:
Wir sind ein aufgeschlossener, bunter Haufen Menschen, Toleranz wird bei uns groß geschrieben. Ein ungezwungenes und gemeinschaftliches WG leben ist uns sehr wichtig. Da jetzt 2 Mitbewohner ausziehen, müssen wir unseren gemeinsamen Groove noch finden aber unsere Grundwerte sind die selben:

- LGBTQIA+, 420 friendly
- vegan/vegetarian (kein muss)
- keine Zweck-WG aber trotzdem ungezwungen
- offene Kommunikation
- Engagement für das WG-Leben und Alles was dazu gehört zu gestalten

Deine Mitbewohnenden sind Andi (22) er studiert Architektur, ist leidenschaftlicher 3D Artist, Zockt gerne und liebt seine Me-Time. Giovanni (25) studiert Architektur und liebt es Musik und Kunst zu machen. Bean (3) ist unser vierbeiniges WG-Mitglied, er ist anfangs schüchtern, danach wirst du schnell merken, was für ein verspieltes Kuschelmonster er ist. Ilan (26) arbeitet im home office, ist sehr engagiert und gerne draußen unterwegs. Lilly (24) studiert auch Architektur, ist 3D Artist und die feste Teampartnerin von Bean.

Hey there, apartment seekers,

As of mid-February, two of our flatmates are moving out, so we are looking for a new roommate starting from March 1st (preferably even a bit earlier). Our charming old-style apartment consists of 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a sunny balcony on the south side, and everything that comes with it. There are various storage options for bicycles, and a cellar compartment is also included. Since the apartment is right next to the main train station, we have perfect connections and are only a few minutes' walk from the city center.

About the room: The 16sqm room faces our beautiful courtyard. It is unfurnished and, like the rest of the apartment, has high ceilings and herringbone parquet flooring.

About us: We are an open-minded, diverse bunch of people, and tolerance is highly valued in our home. An easy-going and communal living in the flat is very important to us. With 2 flatmates moving out, we still need to find our common groove, but our core values remain the same:

Bean (3) is our four-legged flatmate, initially shy, but you'll quickly notice what a playful cuddle monster he is. Ilan (26) works from home, is very committed, and enjoys being outdoors. Lilly (24) also studies architecture, is a 3D artist, and Bean's steadfast team partner.
