The room has a window, a bed, a wardrobe, a chair and a cupboard.
There is enough space for a desk if you want to buy one for the room.
If you don't like the chair we are glad to lend you one of our armchairs.
From the window you can see the Cäciliastraße.
You would share the kitchen, terrace, bathroom and living room with us. The living room is huge and has a tv, PS4, a bookshelf, a dining-table and a printer. We work often on the dining room's table and of course you could also use it as well.
Neighbourhood:
The Cäciliastraße is a quiet street in a quiet neighbourhood known for its safety.
Near the flat there are three supermarkets: ALDI, NahKauf and a chinese dealer. To any of these three takes around 5-8 minutes by foot . There is also a REAL in Bulach, which takes around 15 minutes by foot to reach.
Mobility:
The closest bus station is 3 minutes away from the place. We'd rather recommend taking the tram or riding a bycicle to reach the city centre. The next tram station is Albtalbahnhof(S) and it takes 6 minutes to get there. The next one is Ebertstraße(S), which takes rather 7 to 8 minutes. The trams to the city centre depart every 5 minutes and it takes no longer than 10 minutes to get there.
If you want to go the city centre by bike, it takes around 10 minutes.
Distance to the university:
To go to the university you take the same trams that take you to the city centre. The fastest line is the Linie S1 which departs from Albtalbahnhof(S) every 10 minutes and takes also roundabout 10 minutes to Kronenplatz. The Linie 2 is also one of the fastest ones and departs from Ebertstraße (S). If you go by bike it takes between 12 and 18 minutes. It depends on how fast you can ride.
The main tenants:
Hi, our names are Vanessa and Roderick. Our current roommate, Li, is looking for a new room since he has already finished university and has already found a job, albeit, a bit far away from Karlsruhe.
You'd be living with:
Vanessa: I'm a student in her 6. Semester and would like to have a roommate who's also a student.
Roderick: I studied Political Sciences and I'm currently doing an Internship in Karlsruhe, afterwards I want to do a master's degree in political communication.
As a WG we like to gather some times during the month to watch movies and have some drinks on the terrace. I'd personally be over the moon if you like to play board games.
The price is made out of the following services: Cost of the room + water + electricity + internet and telephone + RundfunkBeitrag and calefaction.
