The 65 sqm apartment is very centrally located in Ehrenfeld. It has a beautiful 25 sqm outdoor rooftop terrace which is very enjoyable in spring&summer😊
The apartment is fully furnished with everything you might need including kitchen equipment and a bbq for warm days😊
The apartment has two bedrooms + one living room/kitchen.
Your room has a double bed, a big wardrobe, side table and a TV. You could also change the TV stand into a desk(I have available in the other room) to make a work/study area in one side of the room.
I will be in the other (smaller) room and staying only 2 nights a week in the apartment as I travel a lot and work during the day. So most of the week you’ll have the apartment fully to yourself😊
Very important that you speak English as my German is not that good and I would like to avoid stressing about der/die/das when I’m at home😃
There’s also a chance to take over the flat fully in some months’ time but not a must, we can speak about this.
Shortly about me: I’m Deniz, 30 years old. I’m Turkish and came to Germany 8 years ago but still struggle with the language😅 I work in an international company in e-commerce in Cologne and am a barre instructor part-time. I am normally very busy during the week and I’m not planning to spend so much time at home in the next months, so decided to get a flatmate.
If this is interesting, please reach out to me with some info about yourself: who you are, what you do and what appeals to you in this offer. Would also be good if you can provide some info on your salary etc as the landlord will require last 3 pay slips and SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) to add you to the contract.
