Swedish exchange student looking for flatshare until February/March!

Hello!

My name is Daniel, I am in Cologne to study for a semester and am looking for somewhere to live. I am 28 years old, from Stockholm, Sweden and taking my Master’s in business/administration at Lund University. In my spare time I like spending time in nature, watching my favourite football-team and working out in the gym. I am generally a very social person and would love to find a flatshare with roommates that I could also call friends, but likewise I have full respect for when people want to keep to themselves.

I don’t smoke, don't have any pets and make sure to take responsibility for my part in keeping things neat and tidy where I live. In addition to grants from Erasmus and the Swedish government, I also worked for five years prior to studying and saved up a bit of money during that time, so paying rent on time will never be an issue.

As I'm not bringing any furniture with me, a furnished room would be great, but it's not a problem if it isn't. I am open to living anywhere in the Cologne area but if the apartment is in the city centre and/or close to the University of Cologne then that would be a plus. I am very flexible with the move-in date, and can move in as soon as it would be convenient for you.
