Searching room in Shared Apartment__Suitable for Student__Range 300-400 EUR Including All

I am an international master's student at HHU, Dusseldorf. I am from Bangladesh.
I will be arriving in Germany on December 5, 2023. I applied for a room in our university, Studirendenwerk, but there has been a long waiting period with uncertainty till now. So, I am in dire need of an accommodation.

Regarding me, I am a 27-year-old student aiming to build a career in academia. So, study is my key, and I need a place to study with calm. I also believe in "not bothering others but helping if needed." I like to be clean and disciplined.
Besides being open to new cultures and people, I like having friendly and thoughtful conversations (I speak English and now am learning Deutsch), watching movies, reading books and chilling on weekends.
