Hallo!
[english version below]

english version:
Hello, we are Paul and Lea, and we are looking for a third person to follow our beloved Bennet, who will be leaving us spatially - not emotionally - in the course of next month. First and foremost, we are looking for a FLINTA* person who has the desire and capacity to live in a communal shared flat, where we are on friendly terms with each other.
Paul (25) is studying energy and building technology and works part-time as a social assistant, helping people to cope with everyday life. He has lived in Leipzig for 6 years and feels very much at home here. Lea (24) is studying architecture and is particularly interested in social justice and urban planning. She has also lived in Leipzig for almost 2 years and is beautiful and has lots of friends and mugs.
The vacant room is just under 14 square meters and, like the kitchen, bathroom and balcony, faces southwest towards the backyard. In order to have a little more space, the room has a bunk bed, which can be taken over. In addition to the bathroom, the kitchen and the hallway, we also have a small storage room and access to the cellar and the attic.
The apartment is located right next to Elsapark. It is therefore strategically located between the city center and the very popular Eisi-Kiez and Rabet. Rewe is just around the corner, the main station is 3 bus stops away, the bus stops right outside the front door. The city center is about a quarter of an hour's walk away, otherwise everything is well connected.
So far, life in our shared flat has been organized in a very social and communal way. In addition to joint activities, this can mean taking part in each other's lives and also spending time together in (private) rooms. We want to create an atmosphere in which needs can be expressed and then respected. We also want to take joint responsibility for the shared flat and distribute the tasks in such a way that everyone feels comfortable with them. Paul is bringing a Solawi (=solidarity farming/vegetable box) into the shared flat, which we will also look after together.
As you have probably already noticed, there is a left-wing atmosphere in the flat share. Of course, you can talk and discuss a lot of things, but there should be a certain basic consensus. In concrete terms, this means that conspiracy narratives, racism, sexism, anti-Semitism, ableism, etc. have no place here.
If you have any questions or are interested, please feel free to contact us, we look forward to a message in which you briefly introduce yourself and then we can organize a meeting:)
Best regards
the KohliWG
