Hi everyone,
We have now a very nice Wg on the island of Lindau. We moved in more than two years ago and add plenty of time to install all needed furniture to make it nice and confortable.
We are now at a moving point as some of us want to stay, some of us want to move and we look now for one new roomate, for first, 4 months, from 1st of October to 31st of January.
So for someone who is looking for a short term accomodation, this solution would be perfect. We don´t need to annoy ourself with a contract for those 4 months, we don´t need neither to ask for a Kaution. The all WG is fully equiped with Fridge, Oven, washmachines, TV, sofa, ... The only thing will be the rent of 425 euros for the 4 months. We are very often sharing diner together and being good friend we share activities as well. the main point of the Wg is to have good times home all together.
Then if the place suits you it will be completely open and possible to stay longer by informing the owner and then creating a contract with him.
The room is for the moment as well fully equiped with double bed and furniture. it would be then up to you to take them or not after discussion. The room is about 30/35m^2 and the all wg about 130m^2. There is parkplatz in front of the building.
