Lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer in Uni-Nähe

Die WG hat eine Top-Lage. Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle und regelmäßig fahren von dort Busse zum Beispiel in die Altstadt (6 min) oder zum Bahnhof (12 min). Zur Uni gehts zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Ein Schritt aus der Tür und man ist sofort im wunderschönen Kurpark oder direkt im Wald an der Illmenau. Also eine perfekte zentrale Lage mit toller Anbindung und chilligen Orten rundherum. Und natürlich sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch um die Ecke (5 min).

The flat share has a top location. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house and buses run regularly from there, for example to the old town (6 min) or to the train station (12 min). The university is a 5 minute walk away. One step out the door and you are immediately in the beautiful Kurpark or directly in the forest at the Illmenau. So a perfect central location with great access and chill places around. And of course shopping facilities are also around the corner (5 min).

Da ich ins Auslandssemester nach Barcelona gehe, suche ich eine*n Untermieter*in für mein Zimmer in der schönen 6er WG am Campus :) Obwohl sich 6er WG vielleicht erstmal nach viel Trubel anhört, ist es bei uns ganz leicht sich auch mal entspannt zurückzuziehen. Aber natürlich sind wir immer up für tolle WG Abende mit Kochen, Filme gucken und dem einen oder anderen Sangria. Trotzdem ist es bei uns auf keinen Fall wie bei Hempels unterm Sofa. Wir sind eine sehr saubere und rücksichtsvolle WG. Du würdest mit Kira (24), Anja (22), Emma (21), Kejsa (22) und Estève (33) zusammen wohnen. Anja studiert Kuwi und macht sehr gerne Musik. Kira schreibt gerade ihre Bachelorarbeit für den Major Digitial Media und ist der größte Rahmen-Fan, den ich kenne :) Emma studiert Uwi und ist wie jede*r in der WG bestätigen würde, die liebste Person überhaupt. Kejsa studiert auch Uwi und hat immer einen guten Spruch parat. Zu guter letzt kommt noch Estève. Er kommt eigentlich aus Frankreich und macht hier an der Leuphana seinen Doktor.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und suchen nach einen offenen Person, die Lust hat Teil unserer WG-Familie zu werden.

Since I'm going to Barcelona for my semester abroad, I'm looking for a subtenant for my room in the beautiful 6-person shared flat on campus :) Although a shared flat for 6 people might sound like a lot of hustle and bustle at first, it's really easy to withdraw from the hustle and bustle. But of course we are always up for great WG evenings with cooking, watching movies and the one or other sangria. Nevertheless, it is with us in no case like with Hempels under the sofa. We are a very clean and considerate WG. You would live with Kira (24), Anja (22), Emma (21), Kejsa (22) and Estève (33). Anja is studying Kuwi and loves to make music. Kira is currently writing her bachelor thesis for the Digitial Media major and is the biggest frame fan I know :) Emma studies Uwi and is, as everyone in the WG would confirm, the sweetest person ever. Kejsa is also studying Uwi and always has a good saying ready. Last but not least is Estève. He is actually from France and is doing his doctorate here at Leuphana.
We are not a purpose-built WG and are looking for an open-minded person who wants to become part of our WG family.

Die Nebenkosten werden zum Oktober hin etwas höher ausfallen (circa 15-20% mehr) als jetzt in der Anzeige angeben aufgrund der höheren Energiekosten.
