I am offering my room, located at Wycker Brugstraat 11a, for subrent from february 2012 until the end of june 2012.

The room is part of an about 200m2 large house in the centre of Maastricht, which is shared by 4 students. It is very modern, luxury and in a perfect condition.
The house is divided into 3 floors (4): The first floor is composed of living room, kitchen, terrace and a toilette for visits. The living room has about 50m2 and is very comfortable equipped. It has 3 couches (2*leather), a sideboard with television & DVD, a large dining table, chairs, 2 small glass tables, one small normal table, another sideboard for HIFI, CD’s, glasses etc. and a few pictures. The kitchen is white, very modern and equipped with dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, gas cooker, microwave, oven and all other kitchen ware needed. The terrace is very large and offers a nice spot for having barbecue with friends or just relaxing in the sun.

In the second floor there are two rooms, a large bathroom with bathtub and one small room that is used as wardrobe by another student. In the rooms live two 3rd year students from the SBE.

The room itself is located on the third floor. It is fully furnished with high quality furniture and is subdivided into two floors. The first floor has about 15m2 and entails a very large desk, a sideboard, a leather couch, air conditioning, a small table and a few pictures on the wall. The second floor can be reached by small stairs within the room and contains a very large white bed (180cm*200cm), a small table, a very large white closet (250*220*68) and a small leather armchair, all high quality furniture (no ikea).
On the same floor, there is another room used by another 3rd year student of the SBE, and another nice, modern bathroom. Furthermore, there is a small room used as wardrobe by another student and another small room where you will find a washing machine.

The rent of the room is 550€ (all incl.). The damage deposit is 550€ and there is a contract fee of 60€.
