Cosy room with high ceiling in a three-storey flat with a large terrace in the centre of Mannheim.
The room itself is really nice and quiet as it faces the inner and large courtyard, where you can enjoy your own balcony :)
The room is rented fully furnished (IKEA) for a transfer fee of 350eur.
The room includes:

- Bed with slatted frame with mattress
- Wardrobe
- Desk and chair
- Venetian blind
- Small table
- Trolly for your own things
- Wall shelf
- Carpeting
- Ironing
- Ventilator
- Balcony furniture

The shared apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with new dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 3 fridges and with extra storage space for supplies and cleaning materials. There are 3 full bathrooms.

The large flat has its own massive terrace divided into two environments, one with a large table and chairs where you will enjoy your meals, beers and BBQ and the other side with a beautiful garden to chill out :)

The flat consists of:

- Robert (36yo). He is a professional climber, but during the pandemic he tries to combine this with playing the Spanish guitar.
- Nils (22yo). He is doing an apprenticeship and spends his free time jogging.
- Vanessa (23yo): She works in an organic supermarket and wants to start her studies this year. She is currently learning to play the cello.
- Theresa (24yo): She works as a social worker in Speyer.
- Damian (27yo): He is a professional musician and studies at the Pop Academy. His favourite instrument is the bass and he loves jazz.
- Ghays (28yo): He is also a musician and studies at the Pop Academy. His favourite instrument is the piano and he loves flamenco.

The whole crew loves to cook and spend time on the terrace eating (lots of vegetables) and drinking coffee or beer. As you can see when you visit, we have some plants that we all love to take care:)

The room is 315 eur per month and the entry date is flexible.

Gemütliches Zimmer mit hoher Decke in einer dreistöckigen Wohnung mit großer Terrasse im Zentrum von Mannheim.
Das Zimmer selbst ist wirklich schön und ruhig, da es zum Innen- und großen Innenhof ausgerichtet ist, wo Sie Ihren eigenen Balkon genießen können :)
Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert (IKEA) für eine Ablösesumme von 350eur vermietet, dies beinhaltet:

- Bett mit Lattenrost mit Matratze
- Kleiderschrank
- Schreibtisch und Stuhl
- Jalousie
- Kleiner Tisch
- Trolly für eigene Sachen
- Wandregal
- Teppichboden
- Bügeln
- Ventilator
- Balkonmöbel

Die Wohngemeinschaft verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit neuer Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, 3 Kühlschränken und mit extra Stauraum für Vorräte und Putzmittel. Es gibt 3 komplette Badezimmer.

Die große Wohnung hat eine eigene massive Terrasse, die in zwei Umgebungen aufgeteilt ist, eine mit einem großen Tisch und Stühlen, wo Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten, Biere und BBQ genießen werden und die andere Seite mit einem schönen Garten zum Chillen :)

Die Wohnung besteht aus:

- Robert (36yo). Er ist ein professioneller Kletterer, aber während der Pandemie versucht er, dies mit dem Spielen der spanischen Gitarre zu kombinieren.
- Nils (22yo). Er macht eine Ausbildung und verbringt seine Freizeit mit Joggen.
- Vanessa (23yo): Sie arbeitet in einem Bio-Supermarkt und will dieses Jahr ihr Studium beginnen. Zurzeit lernt sie Cello spielen.
- Theresa (24yo): Sie arbeitet als Sozialarbeiterin in Speyer.
- Damian (27yo): Er ist Berufsmusiker und studiert an der Popakademie. Sein Lieblingsinstrument ist der Bass und er liebt Jazz.
- Ghays (28yo): Er ist auch Musiker und studiert an der Popakademie. Sein Lieblingsinstrument ist das Klavier und er liebt Flamenco.

Die ganze Crew liebt es zu kochen und Zeit auf der Terrasse zu verbringen, zu essen (viel Gemüse) und Kaffee oder Bier zu trinken. Wie Sie sehen können, wenn Sie uns besuchen, haben wir einige Pflanzen, um die wir uns alle gerne kümmern:)


Das Zimmer kostet 315 eur pro Monat und das Eintrittsdatum ist flexibel.
