Hallo room searchers only students please,
I provide my room in Ulmenweg 55 from around 01.07.19 to 31.01.2020 for subrent (negotiable, 6-month-contract would be preferable). The rent is 235 Euro everything included! Super low price and ideal for EXCHANGE STUDENT! The room is small around 13 m^2 but very cozy. Big writing desk, single bed, washing sink are located directly in the room. Currently I'm living with 4 other boys here (but two boys are moving out during summer). Big kitchen shared by all roommates, with two fridges and one with freezer, four cooking stoves, oven, sink, well everything you need. Moreover, we have a big dining table as well as sofa, in case you invite friends over. We also have two shared toilets and one bathroom.
- Bus/ Tram station directly on site
30 seconds to bus station (line 60) and 1 minute to tram station (line 4)/10 minutes walk to line 5 tram station; around 15-20 minutes to university
- many supermarkets
Netto 2 minutes, Lidl 3 minutes, Aldi 10 minutes by feet
- restaurants and a bar at the couner (within 5 minutes walking distance), but not loud at all! The bar only open on certain days a week, where a lot of students chill.
- Enough free parking place in front of the door
