The shared apartment is very centrally located in downtown Mönchengladbach, but since the apartment is on a side street it is very quiet.
Your room faces the back, not the street, which gives you a lot of privacy and a view with some greenery, which isn't usually the case in the city :)
The shared apartment is in a great location and it's less than 2 minutes away the "Friedrichstraße" stop where the 017, 025 and 015 stop and the Minto is also only 5 minutes away and from there there are many connection options. Bismarckplatz can be reached in 3 minutes and the main station can be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot.
Since the apartment is right in the city center there are many shopping opportunities and the Minto is right next door. There are Aldi, Rewe, Müller, DM and also many other shops such as H&M, New Yorker, Zara, etc. Also in 5 minutes are the Netto on Lüperzenteratraße and the Meva supermarket.
You'll be moving into a cute shared apartment with two other girls. The two of them are super sweet and open. Both are currently studying.
Vina is doing a distance learning course in psychology and is 26. She also works part-time. Vina also likes to cook often and is always there to chat with you.
Nouhayla is studying at the FHS in Mönchengladbach. Nouhayla is studying abroad and has already studied in Cologne and Leipzig. Above all, she likes to bake and tries out some TikTok recipes.
All three of us are very open and communicative people and really enjoy chatting with each other.
Due to our different schedules, we don't have any fixed shared evenings in our shared apartment, so these tend to arise spontaneously. We are not a shared flat share and a good relationship is very important to us, but there are not too many obligations. We have a cleaning plan with which we have structured the household obligations and the expenses for things that everyone uses are divided fairly through an app.
The toilet and shower are in two separate rooms so we have 2 bathrooms. Gas, electricity, WiFi, radio are included in the rent.
There is also enough space in the shared kitchen to store your things. It is also fully equipped with dishes, kitchen appliances, pots and pans.

We purchased a brand new washing machine so you have to pay 140 Euros for the washing machine. I am also giving away my wardrobe which I bought for 275Euros you can see it in the picture.
