I am subletting my spare room in August due to my roomate moving out.
Flat is right next to Isator station, making it perfect for traveling around the city (eg. searching for a room for long term).
You will share apartment with me but the room is completely yours.
It has a new and modern kitchen, fast WIFI, fridge, oven, stove, bunch storage space, place for a bike and other stuff.
You can use all stuff, if discussed before, or bring yours. I would just ask you to handle it with care, since it is still my room that I will need in the future for a future roomate.
I am also living here, but in my own room. We just share the bathroom/toilet.
Finances: 730 EUR rent + 730EUR deposit. We sign a contract and the room is yours (reserved) immediately when you pay the first half. Move in date is flexible.
I am also searching for someone long term (with even lower price) so this would increase your chances by a lot, if you proove yourself of being good tenant. :)
Isartor, 1 min away from Sbahn and 2 min from lidl.
