I'll break this down between myself and the WG:
About Me:
My name is Cormac, I'm 27 years old and I'm Irish.
I'm a chemical engineer working at a nearby engineering company.
I speak English and Spanish, a small amount of portuguese and I'm currently learning A2.2 German.
My hobbies include playing the piano (I have a diploma but just like playing songs by ear now), travelling (a lot!), hiking, running, watching football, skiing in the winter...I like to do a bit of everything really, will soon be starting salsa classes too!
I'm a relatively extraverted and open minded person always happy to hang out with house mates, but I'm also respectful of those who don't want to socialise at times.
The Apartment:
The apartment is really nice. It's a 2 bedroom apartment. It's also really well located; it's 5 minutes walk from Isartor S-Bahn, 5 minutes from Lehel U-Bahn, 10 minutes from Marianplatz and a 2 minute walk from a beach area of the Isar river!
Apartment will be available from 27/03, so you can move in any date after then.
I have provisionally put in the end of September for this. The apartment is on a rolling contract, it may be it possible to extend beyond this date
About You:
I'm not just looking for a flatmate, my last flatmate and I hung out and socialised a lot together so I'm looking for someone who is sociable, tidy and has a good sense of humour!
I will be in Munich from 23/03 so I will only be able to conduct viewings from then onwards, however I'd like to have a chat with you before doing so!
