My flatmate and I are looking for someone to take over the room of our third flatmate who is leaving the flat for work reasons !
The space is composed of a kitchen whith an accesss to a small balcony, with a dishwasher and a laundry machine, a bathroom with a toilet and bathtub, a living room with a big TV screen and a sofa (usefull when we have sole friends over) and three bedrooms.
We are located in Lilienstraße, 2 minutes away from the Deutsch Museum and 3 minutes from but bus stop (line 52 and 62) - Marie platz reachable in 15 min walking.

I’m 25yo, working in a design agency for 2 years now.
I do sports almost everyday (running - cycling - swimming) and will always be up for a raquet sport match. I’m also into bikepacking and traveling remote areas and always up to listen to some records, at home or out.

I’m 28yo, being in Germany for 4 years now and working in computer science. I usually go to the gym on mornings to be able to try as many restaurants as I can
Always up to have nice chats and going outside to cool events and bars.
The room will be available furnished, but less busy as it is on the pictures as our current flatmate has to move his stuff 🎈
