This is a 55 m2 two-room apartment in Au-Haidhausen. The apartment has been completely renovated. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, each with its own kitchen. The large room (27 m2) has a full kitchen and the small room (15 m2) has a kitchenette with fridge, stovetop and microwave.

Both rooms are fully furnished with (at a minimum):
1 bed 160 cm x 200 cm
1 desk & chair
1 dining table and chairs
1 wardrobe/closet
Cookware, glasses, dishes, utensils, toaster, etc.

Internet and electricity and all other utilities are included. There will be no need for you to sign up for any of these services.

There is no common area other than the shared entryway with a common wardrobe, the shared bathroom with a shower and washing mashine, and the shared balcony (10 m2) accessible from each bedroom. There is no living room or shared kitchen.

The apartment will be available as of August 1st. The photos are of the apartment before we had completed the furnishing. Ceiling lamps, one with a fan, have been installed, rugs and other decorative items placed and a small sofa has been included.

Au-Haidhausen - a very desirable neighborhood in which to live. 5 minutes to the Deutsches Museum and Isar, 15 minutes to Marienplatz by foot, 5 minutes to the historical swimming pool Volksbad, 5 minutes to the S-Bahn Rosenheimerplatz, 5 minutes to the shopping area with Hit (Rewe), Aldi, DM, etc.

The apartment consists of two separate rooms, each with a kitchen or kitchenette and direct access to a lovely balcony. The entryway with a wardrobe for coats and shared items like vacuum cleaner, mop and broom and the recently renovated bathroom with a shower and washing machine are shared between the flatmates.
