Looking for someone to take my really loved room as unfortunately I need to move out. The room is a cozy room with a nice south side window (always sunny). The room also has a bed, a desk, a closet, a kitchenete (which has a sink and a stove), a couple of chairs and a small table.
Location wise, the house is very well lovated, you have an Edeka, Rewe, Rossmann and Bakery in short walking distance.
You are also very well connected with the transportation as the Bus (168) is a 2 minutes walk away from the house and the Ubahn station Laimer Platz (U5) is 10 mins away from the house, add to that you would need like a 15 mins walk to the Sbahn station Laim. The tram (Gondrellplatz) is a 7 mins walk away from your front step.
The WG is generally very calm and your fellows here are generally not loud or any kind of bothering.
You only have to share a bathroom with the WG btw.
Regarding the price of the room, it would be at 680€ warm.
There is also a small front porch in front of the house for you to park your bicycle and maybe even enjoy a nice weather.
Generally speaking the area is a very nice, calm and well distinguished. You have some restraunts also very near to you.
