internationale 7er WG, teils Studenten, teils berufstätig sucht neue*n Mitbewohner*in auf Zeit. Wir sind alles, aber keine Zweck-WG. Es wird fast jeden Tag zusammen gekocht (vegan/vegetarisch), am Wochenende auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt, abends ein paar Runden gekickert und einfach viel Zeit miteinander und den WGs obendrüber verbracht. Es ist nur ein Katzensprung zur Isar, wo wir gern Frisbee, Spikeball und Volleyball spielen oder auch nur mit einem Bier aus dem immer vollen Bierkühlschrank den Tag ausklingen.
Die WG ist so leise und so sauber, wie du's dir bei 7 Leuten vorstellst. Dafür einladend, warm und atmosphärisch, mit tollen Mitbewohnern, manchmal Party, und vielen schönen Abenden auf dem Balkon oder im großen Wohnzimmer. Und falls doch mal zu viel Trubel? - in dem Zimmer bekommst du vom Meisten nichts mehr mit!
Das Zimmer ist 12m2 groß und kommt voll möbiliert, inklusive Pflanzen. Das heißt Zwischenmieter mit grünem Daumen klar bevorzugt! ;)
Die Wohnung ist 1 Minute von der Bus-Haltestelle Kapuzinerplatz und 5 Minuten von der U-Bahnstation Goetheplatz entfernt. Zur Isar dauert's zu Fuß 10 und auf 2 Reifen 4 Minuten. In die Innenstadt ist es nicht viel weiter. In der Gegend gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Restaurants und ein paar nette Cafes und Bars.

international 7-person shared flat, partly students, partly working is looking for a new temporary flatmate. We are
a lot but not a "Zweck-WG". We cook together almost every day (vegan/vegetarian), have breakfast on the balcony on weekends, play a few rounds of table football in the evenings and just spend a lot of time together and with the WGs above. It's only a stone's throw to the Isar, where we like to play frisbee, spikeball, and volleyball, or just end the day with a beer from the always full beer fridge.
The WG is as quiet and clean as you would imagine with 7 people. But welcoming, warm and atmospheric, with great roommates, sometimes party, and many nice evenings on the balcony or in the big living room. And if there is too much hustle and bustle? - in this room you won't notice most of it!
The room is 16m2 and comes fully furnished, including plants. This means tenants with green thumbs clearly preferred! ;)
The apartment is 1 minute walk from the bus stop Kapuzinerplatz and 5 minutes from the subway station Goetheplatz. To the Isar it takes 10 minutes by foot and 4 by bike. It's not much further to the city center. In the neighborhood, there is a lot of grocery shopping, many restaurants and a few nice cafes and bars.
