Hi everyone,
I'm leaving my nice room in Milbertshofen due to relocation, therefore we’re looking for someone who can take my place and become the Hauptmieter. Since the Hauptmieter will take the main contract of the apartment with the landlord, ideally she should stay long-term.
The room I’m leaving is ca. 16 sqm, it’s very bright with two big windows and it’s all furnished. I will have to sell all my furniture for a price of €650 because I can’t bring it with me unfortunately.
The apartment is a 2er WG on the first floor. A corridor connects the kitchen open space (completely furnished with all necessary appliances: stove, oven, washing machine etc.) to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Since we had to buy the whole kitchen, the person who will come will have to pay their part of the kitchen (as well as the furniture present) for €600.
The location of the apartment is great! It's a very quiet area, where a lot of families live. The flat is perfectly located to almost everywhere in Munich. U2 is less than 5 minutes away and Bus 50 stops just 100m from the building. In around 15 minutes you'll get to Hbf, University, Marienplatz and many more places! We have a lot of supermarkets and drugstores within 10 minutes walk (Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Norma, Netto, Rossmann). There are also many green areas around the house! You can take a walk and in 20/30 minutes (or 10 minutes by bike) you can reach Luitpoldpark and Olympiapark.
Right now, I’m sharing the apartment with an Italian girl, doing her PHD. She is really uncomplicated and clean, always up for a chat and we’ve created a very friendly and nice atmosphere in the apartment, therefore we would like to find a girl with the same vibes.
